nowadays the kids really 人小鬼大. hengheng can hold a conversation with the adults at home, and sometimes make you don't know should cry or laugh or be proud...

last 2 weeks we went back singapore for holiday, and when we are back in malacca, we found out the thunder has spoilt the Astro and modem.

initially, heng keep bugging me to let him play pet society or harvest farmtown, mummy have to explain to him. later mummy told him, how about asking shushu to buy or repair. so he start bugging shushu.

later mummy found out shushu not enough money to buy, so she ask heng & chen, to take out their mickey mouse bank to share share and buy the modem, since they want to play game, they are using the internet too. (must pay to play ;p) & they agree.

suddenly, heng say 'i have 60 cents!' and chen echoed 'i have 50 cents'

(mummy rolled her eyes) "wah!! is that a lot of money?"

'yes yes a lot!!' both of them said..

mummy told papa & papa told shushu.. now waiting for the latest updates.

didi is sick again... it seems like every time near to the school holidays, he or both will fall sick.

today mummy stay at home to take care of didi, because he suddenly have fever up til 40 degrees!! but lucky it's only for a few minute, then slowly drop back to 38.

so today, didi MC at home. hope tonight's condition can be stable and good.

sibling's love

i have no doubt on my boys' sibling's love, especially gorgor towards didi.

today is 1st august. they have long waited for this month to come. firstly, its their birthdays. then, we "promise" chen if he throw away his old zhutzhut, we will buy a new 1 - Thomas the tank engine design in august or September his birthday.

and suddenly, heng remembers our 'promise' and he tells me
"mummy today is august orady!! we mus go get thomas zhutzhut"

sudden burst of cold sweat. i look at didi, he didn't seem to respond to gorgor's line.

so i tell both of them "ok, but must see the zhutzhut then can buy right??"

*phew!!!!!!

think i can safely say, chen has successfully weaned off his pacifier~

day 2, he finished his dinner, then the urge came (like a ciggie smoker.. hehe) he ran to me and commented "mummy, my baobei and zhut zhut throw into the dustbin already." "yes, but your baobei still here, zhutzhut in the dustbin already."

and he got distracted by my laptop as he wants to play game. (introduce your little one (2-3yrs) to this game site - low bandwidth games. there's not much color and few interactive, won't harm the little eyes. and the games let them learn and remember all the Alphabet and numbers, enhances their finding and looking ability.)

day 3, he make some noises in the midnight but still can coax him back to sleep. these 2 nights, he will sit up arnd 3-4am, look for his baobei, then sit there for 2-3 min, and fall back to sleep. i think he is thinking of his zhutzhut.

today is the 6th day - 22nd to 28th, since we 'throw' (actual fact is i hide it, cause worry the 1st few nights he will cry til no night no day) his zhut zhut away.

i guess we had help from school, heard from chen & heng themselves, teacher has removed his zhut zhut during the afternoon nap for almost 1 month. so we continue the weaning through out the day and night. (and before we 'throw' it away, he will start to suck it once we leave the school, his craving is big!! hahaha)

chen's milestone - wean off pacifier

tonight is day 1 when we remove chen's zhutzhut. during the car ride home, papa chat with him, and convince him to throw his old mickey mouse zhutzhut away, then wait for August to buy a new Thomas zhutzhut.

i chatted with chen before too, that's how i convince him to get a new zhutzhut with Thomas on it. (but i don't think there's any available right??) but i couldn't get him to throw the old 1 in the rubbish bin.

why August? this is his fave number.

once reach home, papa immediately went to the rubbish bin and show him, 'i wrap it in this tissue and we throw it away ok?'

chen say, 'ok' and he turn around to open the fridge looking for sweets/jelly/etc.

bedtime, he looks for his zhutzhut. i have to remind him again and again because he started to nag:

"mummy, i want zhutzhut..."
"we throw it in the rubbish bin, remember?"
"no, we didn't, it was papa."
"oh yes! papa throw it away, so now we don't have any zhutzhut. you are a big korkor, you told ah gong and everyone else. big korkor no need zhutzhut"

then hengheng came and kpoh - show me 5 fingers, mean he is the big korkor.

and chenchen immediately replied "i am small, i am only 3"

so reminded him again, 'but papa throw away already. mummy hug you and we sleep ok? look at me, and we close our eyes"

he is layin on my chest, looking at me, then suddenly he lift his fist, close his left eye, then right, then my left eye, and my right. LOL pretending to sleep, but still thinking of his zhutzhut.

when papa came home, i signal 'shhhhhhh don't talk anything' so he just sayang chen and small talk with heng.

finally chen sleep without zhutzhut!!

last time, when mummy ask heng, which english name he wants, he always shake his head. even when mummy ask, do you want to be call Thomas Lee Yue Heng? like Thoams & friends? or Percy? or James? he shake head to all.

but now, he told everyone, call him KOMODO, don't call him yue heng anymore. and even didi has a new "english" name - The Mighty Sasquatch

& mummy has found 1 game but its for iPhone :(

both my boys have superb memory.. wonder how many GB is in their little heads...

chen remembered the song in their kindy's last year performance in October. though he did not get to perform, he went with us to the rehersal. he was watching with total concentration when the kids are performing.

last sunday, he went to pasar malam with ah gong, and pass by this stall playing "Let's Twist Again"

he wanted it! and ah gong bought it on the spot..

when they came home, immediately, chen came to show all the stuff he bought during the pasar malam: 1. CD, 2. Sticker, 3. fish ball rojak, and want mummy to on the cd now.

at night, he played it in ah gong's room, and start to dance! he twist 1 of this legs. and ah gong was so suprised and proud. he told ah ma immediately.

monday night, chen start dancing again, and MIL (ah ma) told mummy to take a look. mummy saw the way he dances, is exactly the PN kids dances.

we have been using the old water bottles for almost 6 mths. now the straws are a bit dirty and heng's sucking part broken.

there's 1 weekend, great-grandma want to go to this shop that was having sales. so we all followed. mummy saw the shelves where all the plastic drinking / training cups & bottles are displayed, and she led us to there.

chen saw 1 of them and said "ah din 的水瓶" mummy say, really ah? do u want it? chen said yes. heng took another one, but mummy object, because they had use it before, and the straw break easily. she explain to heng, and he is willing to change to the one chen is holding. both of them chose a color they like, and set off to the cashier.

to her horrid, mummy do not have enough money! and there's so many people, she cannot find papa. tried calling him but his ringing tone too soft, vibration he didn't felt. she went here and there, and finally saw him & great-grandma at the another cashier counter. its only RM2.00 each (after discount)!!

chenchen kena bite!

mummy saw this bite on chen's upper arm when she fetch the boys home yesterday.

she ask him, and he said 'baby bite me'

there's 1 baby (around 2yrs old) in the school recently. and everyone in the school call him 'baby'

so just now, when she went to pick the boys up for home, she told teacher and show her chen's arm.

mummy thinks this is the 1st time any kid been bitten in school.

the past few days, gorgor has phlegm in his throat. he keeps going "ahem, ahem" softly, but continuously for the whole day / night. it waaaas so irritating. although gave him PI PA GAO (枇杷膏) he still does it. so mummy keep feeding him (& didi) since both love it now. and finally, these few days did not hear any of the 'ahem'.

BUT!! didi start to drip from his nose, then cough like there's something stuck at his throat. yesternight, he even cried very bad because it was so uncomfortable. mummy climb out of bed to give him 枇杷膏 but he spit out most of it. luckily the 1st tiny flow inside still did the work, he feel better and after throwing the tantrum/frustration, he also can sleep better.

actually, when ah gong or xiao gu call me DIDI or CHENCHEN, or even LEE YUE CHEN!! i don't response. but when they say in normal tone or softly "i have sweet"

immediately i turn my head and goes "hhharrrr!!" and run to them.

zoo trip with school

there's a school trip to Malacca Zoo on 30 April.

gorgor was so excited when they were 1st informed, immediately ask me if i have RM20.00 to give him so he can go to the zoo. then he also tells mummy,

heng: "all K1 are going!"
mum: "how many are there in K1?"
heng: "6 (or 8, mummy cannot remember)"
mum: "wahh!! so many of u going!"
heng: "yes, when can you give me the money"
papa: "ok, but we have to save up cause it's a lot of money. from now on, you cannot play water as it is wasting the money, didi have to finish his milk so not to waste the milk powder"

didi say "OK"
gorgor say "OK"
"and we are GOING TO MCDONALD'S for breakfast!!"

later mummy check with teacher, actually it was McD for lunch. but there's breakfast provided.

but still, they love the water running and play "raining" with the shower head. but mummy realise only this way, didi is not afraid of getting his hair wet, thus can shampoo easier.

anyway, it was finalize few days ago, that PN (pre-nursary 18mths - 3yrs old) need parent to tag along. so mummy TODAY paid 25 (actually it was 25 per kid, don't know how heng heard it was 20.) + 25 + 35 for 3 to go to Malacca Zoo on 30 april.

PS: heng has ask mummy to mark their calendar when he reach home that day.

school holidays

yea~ we finally able to go singapore for this school holiday week! but we only went on Monday. as papa afraid we still able to pass germs, he planned to drive up to JB and drop mummy and us. then he head back to JB to meet customers / clients.

supposedly, uncle Perng was to drive us all in, so we don't need to drag our luaggage over the custom. but early news told us that there was a big jam at the causeway. :( so we walked.

luckily, it was a nice weather, not too hot. plus it was a good exercise for mummy & daddy. :p

tue - mummy went to renew her passport, and can only receive the new passport on the next monday. yea~ another day to play!

thurs night- called ah gong & ah ma in Malacca, didi say he don't want to go back Malacca, want to stay in Ang Mo Kio. wai por laughed, of cause you want to stay here - so you don't need to go school!

fri night - mummy had a class reunion, so she left us with wai gong & wai por. but gorgor called her 3 times!! (she left the house at 6pm, came home at 10.30pm)

sat aftn - went to Expo for jiujiu's wedding dinner testing. yummy~ nice food! furthermore, we are the only table there! gorgor was so puzzled, ask mummy "y is there no other ppl"

sat night - went to meet mummy's friend, Terence, at Woodlands. since they are not back home, we shopped at Causeway point for a while. went into OG and Kiddypalace. mummy bought us each a pair of Thomas socks, for didi - a new Elmo spoon (so they won't fight for the ONLY ONE in sg) & 3 new underwear. papa bought us each a BIG BIG bus, where we can turn a knob to open / close the doors!

sun night - we went out for dinner at AMK Hub, then took a shuttle bus, JUST FOR THE SAKE of taking a bus. (so to stop the boys' craving for bus rides)

mummy told papa, it was so obvious that the boys ain't Singaoreans, kids grow up in SG won't be so excited abt MRTs or Buses... -_-"

Chen has HFMD - Day 1/7

didi has infected HFMD!

this morning, we arrived and saw all the kids are lined up outside the school. teacher ho informed us that she received a call saying a 4 yr old has infected HFMD. so they have to check every kid then can let them go in. chen has 1 red dot on his palm and 3 red dots on his foot.

so we need to bring him to see a doctor to confirm.

after we left the school, chen thought he doesn't need to go school, never cry liao, he cried just now because suddenly many teachers surround him to ask him open his mouth.

and when we reach a clinic, he start to act cheekily. he thought he doesn't need to go school! but after the doctor's examination, she confirm he has HFMD!! but luckily its a mild case, as he doesn't has ulcer or any reddness in his mouth.

so we went back to pick heng up, he came out a bit blur, asking me 'today so early pick me up ah'

durin the ride home, heng commented he felt feverish. i touch his forehead, normal. thus i ask him to sleep when we reach home. but he was jumping around when we reached home, thus i didn't pay much attention to him.

around 12.30pm, he was cycling pass chen, and he ask "gorgor, what happen to you" ah ma pop her head out and saw heng ride to a mattress and lay himself down. she came out and feel his forehead - fever!

after all the running around to sponge heng and coax them to sleep, mummy call teacher ho to inform her both boys won't be going to school the next few days.

yesterday b4 slp, i ask mummy, when is my birthday? she say aug, den count for me, 2 (feb), 3 (mar), 4 (apr), etc. 8 - august! u c mus wait 6 more months!

den we tok abt the cake. she say, since i love cupcakes, mummy will ask her auntie frd (linda) to make cupcakes for me lah.

i say i wan 2 cake, 1 pocoyo & 1 cupcake. didi 1 elmo. (wah! he even think for didi's cake design)

who else is as lucky as me? papa bought mummy a new laptop to use at home. so now, i can play games too!! no need disturb ah perng shushu liao :) (but of cos, if mummy dun let me play, i still go find him when i saw he on his pc)

yesterday, i went home wif a big red mark on my left cheek. mummy ask me, i shrug my shoulder, mean duno wat happen.

den whn papa came home, she tell him, n he ask me. i say i knock onto a wall when i go into a room. he tot it was our bedroom, but mummy say issit classroom? so i say ya, classroom.

mummy n papa dun reall trust me, so this morning, she ask me again, wat makes my face so red. i oso shrug agn, den later reply 'knock on a wall, got frd push me'.

big blue-black

jus now, went home with a big blue-black on my left cheek bone.

teacher told mummy i knock onto a table when i was playing.

den, gorgor came out wif a red mark on his left cheek bone, too! n teacher duno wat happen to him. gorgor oso cannot tell properly.

1st he say he bump onto a wall, den papa ask, bedroom wall? cannot be. i ask sch? he say yes.

i m officially off diaper! all big boy now!! i'm wearing toddler underwear to sch every day for the past 1 mth.

mummy has taped up the 3/4 pack of L-size diaper and sent it to a home for spatic children jus now aft they fetch us from school. she left 2 pieces at home for emergencies, like those nights i had drank liang-teh. (chrysanthemum tea at outside stall. there's 1 famous liang-teh stall in Malacca) these nites will b 'dangerous' nites as i still refuse to go pee pee b4 i sleep. i go when needed.

5 feb (thur) - wet the bed early morning, but it was only a tiny pool, my long pants wasn't even thoroughly wet. i think bcos mummy ask me to drink plain water since i dun wan to drink milk before bedtime.

6 feb (fri) - mummy scare i wet the bed again, (esp tomoro is sat, can slp longer) put on diaper for me.

7 feb (sat) - stayed dry til morning, she din put on diaper for me at nite. :)

tdy, arnd 8pm, i tld mummy i wanna go shh shh, n holding my bird bird. she saw n quickly lead me to the toilet. i took the small step stool and put it nex to the toilet bowl. aft i stood up, i peed inside the bowl. den flushed n wash hands..

busy holiday

we went back to singapore for 2 wks - 6 - 23 dec 08. super long holiday for us!! all thanks to mummy's relatives.

12 dec is her cousin's wedding. we had a yummy dinner at Raffles Hotel. they even saw a tv star - chew chor ming.

22 dec is our jiu jiu's ROM. i got scolded bcos i wanna go to wai por's seat bcos i tell papa "i cannot c" but he dun let me go bcos gorgor is orady sittin wif wai por.

overall, we had a wonderful stay this yr. nex yr won't b so long, (if nobody's event came so near to each other) our sch only closes for the last week - 25 dec - 4 jan.

teacher parent meeting

mummy n papa cannot make it on the designated day, so teacher say anytime they can go n meet up.

this mornin, teacher chan ask if they r free, n they say ok!

when they r at gorgor's side of the classroom, teacher satirah make sure i dun c them. (or else i start crying)

aft breakfast, we can go out n play. bingo! i saw them! n i start to cry!!!!!

mummy n papa saw me out from the window.. n tot i fall down or i fightin for a toy. but den teacher satirah told mummy, its actually i saw them..

later teacher satirah's turn, n she told them i enjoy singin n dancing.

she oso say i m a mature n independant little boy.

there's 1 time water spilled out from my bottle. so teacher or kaka bring my bag out in the sun to dry. aft the nap, we r suppose to keep our things in our bag. i saw my bag empty at 1 side of the cuboard, n my clothes in the plastic bags r at the other side. so i quietly put the bags of cloths in my bag, together wif my beanbag pillow n pacifier.

later when teacher satirah came down n wanted to ask me to pack my bag. she is suprised i had orady done it. she is impressed tt i knew my own belongings n can put things away neatly.

pneumococcal jab

we had our pneumococcal jab today...

my left eye was red since monday, but PD said it should be some dust caught in my eye. (cause my eyelashes r long, it can fall into my eyes)

gorgor had flakes in his hair. n she said its the shampoo.. jus put baby oil n they will go away. but best is change the shampoo!

den, mummy carry gorgor n put him on the bed. PD brought the pyramid over n let him read the words. n den poke the needle in his buttocks. he din cry cos mummy is huggin him. but he did whine.. PD says he's brave. cos other 4yrs old will b runnin arnd to avoid the jab.

nex, mummy carry me onto the bed. n nurse brought some bubble tubes to let me watch.. n OUCH! i felt the needle in my buttock too.. i din cry oso.. n we both got a sweet. ^_^

can u find yue heng? he took the wrong pants home & the tie is in the pants, (he loves to remove the tie n play wif it ) so durin the foto shoot, he has no FULL SET of uniform to wear. so has to let him wear KinderFit - exercise uniform.

aft sch, papa n mummy came to pick up me n gorgor. they bought cream puffs for us. me n gorgor eat alot! he took 3, n i took 3 1/2 durin the ride home. mummy had 1 & finshes the remaining i gave her. she say, leave the last 2 for papa n ah gong.

but when reach home, papa zoom off to continues his work, so mummy told gorgor to giv porpor n ah gong. but i went forward, n she gave us the reaminin 2. ah gong oso gave me 1 donut. thus, my 2 hands r full!

i din hv much appititite for dinner, but still ate abit. 9+ mummy brought out my cake. papa took some fotos, den light up the candles. mummy switch off the lights, n we sing happy birthday song.

den mummy (n gorgor helped) cut my cake, s there r some biscuits, she let us eat them n keep us occupy, so our hands won't touch the cream.

suddenly, i feel bloated, n throw up rite on the dinning table. :'(

i feel so much beta aft vomit, but still din dare to eat anymore, i still ask mummy to giv me 1 piece, but i let gorgor eat it, he had 2!

3rd sep (wednesday)
1st day in school. cry loudly when mummy n papa left me. den i got distracted, but 9+am, i misses them n start to sob. 10+am, i start to get tired n wanna sleep, but teacher dun allow me. i cry on n off.. afternoon nap fr 1-3pm, i hv no mood to drink milk, only took few sips. and totally reject to take lunch! but 3pm tea break, i took some bread n cheese.

4th sep (thursday)
2nd day in school, i woke up when mummy is dressing me. i always get up earlier den gorgor even when i m not schooling. but i tot i m gg out to send gorgor to sch only. mummy put me down at the door step, n teacher dun allow me to go play bicycle. she lead me to the classroom, i start to cry. aft the nap n tea break, i pass motion in my diaper. at least my bowel system din fail me.

5th sep (friday)
mummy say tdy hv water play, but weather dun allow it. it started raining at 8.30am. :(
papa put me down this time, and i started to cry orady. (teacher hvn touch me!) n papa told mummy aft tt, u shld carry him in nex time, cos he din cry when u carry him.. mummy say, got ah! u din hear cos u in the car.

arghhh! sch again?? i refuse to wear my slipper so mummy pass me to papa. she lead gorgor in first. when she is gone, i tell papa "GO GO GO!" but he nvr start the engine :(
i start to kick but nvr cry so loudly like last week. teacher satirah came out to fetch me.

9th sep (tuesday)
this morning, mummy carry me in, gorgor hold papa hands. i din cry so loudly, but still cry in protest! try my luck to c if mummy will carry me back.
since yest, teacher satirah waits for me at the sch gate.

10th sep (wednesday)
now, i can get up easily when mummy is changin me. on the other hand, gorgor can never get up easily. mummy always ask me to wake him up. hehehe ^_~
it's easier to drop me now, but i still protest a little. lunch time, i refuse to eat until gorgor joins me.

11th sep (thursday)
i still cry but mummy tells me to b good n she will com at 5.30pm. everyone is singin in the class, n teacher satirah leads me in.
mummy checks wif her everyday when she came to fetch us. n mummy learns tt i bath at 11.30am, gorgor bath at 12pm, different toilet as well. (the sch hacks away the wall of 2 terrace units) teacher oso tells her, she is tryin to help me ditch pacifier, den toilet train me. n mummy is less worry when she heard there's 2 more children same age as me - 1 boy 1 gal. & teacher told her she jus successfully toilet trained 1. nex is me.

12th sep (friday)
tdy is waterplay! but i won't go in, even at home, i dun go into the pool wif gorgor. n tdy i din cry when mummy drop me!

we visited it on 20 aug 2008, wednesday. i had told my friends earlier, it was a long walk inside from the main gate. only when we read the map, we knew how long - a good 30 min walk!!!

since it started to drizzle when we wanted to feed the fish, luckily, there's an indoor fish pond, so the kids still enjoy some fun. & my suaku boys found something new - a water coolor (1 for adult 1 for kids)

i m singing so many new songs lately, as i learnt tt singing is a good way to pass my time. n when i m feeling happy, singing oso makes me happier.

there's 1 song where many r suprised tt i m humming it - AH MI TOU FUO.. i learnt this song fr gorgor as he always singin it. he learnt fr ah ma's singing budda statue. most of the time, he will climb up the stool and on the statue to make it sing.

and i jus learn to sing some lyrics of Thomas & Friends. mummy heard me sang "(Toby, well) let's say, he's squaaaaaaaa"

thanks to ah gong and assistant teacher, hengheng gorgor, teaching material poker cards.

don't know where he got this idea. maybe it's just out of fun, or maybe it's his gambling bug itching ah gong, he took the poker cards and start teaching us numbers. this started about 1 month ago. and now i can count from 1-10.

when you say ONE, i can answer TWO, you continue THREE, then i say FOUR, and so on. but it's not always i got it correct. sometimes i forgets or not in the mood, i won't play with you. :p

so this evening, mummy heard ah gong tell me to say ABC. hahaha

mummy told daddy about it, she says, your Lee brothers can be famous in Kinderland. because both boys know their 123 & ABC by 2yrs old. and daddy of cause brag himself and his outstanding genes.

i m saying 'thank you' to b exact!

duno which day this week, mummy n ah ma heard me sayin this when they pass me things i ask for. ah ma ask mummy if she had taught me, or issit i imitating gorgor, n when i started it. mummy oso din no when i started it. she oso heard ah gong ask me to say 'thank you' when he giv me food.

i m learning alot of words.. but most of the time, i only repeat 1 syllabus, e.g. ma ling shu (potatoe) i say shu.

jus now, gorgor is tryin to finish his home work. so papa saw me carry my FIRST WORD book out, n he ask me to sit wif him. he read to me all the words, n i repeat them. i said words like 'orang', 'apple', etc.

my booster was suppose to b last wk. but daddy no time, so drag til tdy.

mummy wake me up at 9am, i was still wearing my jammies. but daddy say its ok. mayb its the cold morning or aircon in the car n hospital. anyway, i love it when i can go out.

we r the 1st! doc Lee wasn't in, so we waited for abt 10min. when she is back, i was ask to stand on the weighin machine. mummy brought me up jus 5min ago. so i m eager to walk up myself. the nurse annouce: 10kg, 78cm tall.

n den straight into the room. mummy put me on the bed, nurse give me a string of blocks. i was still wondering wat happen, n i felt that sharp pain on my thigh!! waaahhhhhhh~ so painful!!

when mummy pick me up n sat on the chair, i saw the birdie toy. i point to it n mummy finally figured out which toy i wan (aft few picking up toys n refusal) she ask doc to check my ears cos i keep scratchin them. doc say my rite ear was scared bcos i scratch too much. but not to worry n let it heal itself, no nid apply cream. i hate it when the nurse n doc touch me!! when mummy stood up, i immediately point to the door n say 'papa!!' mummy open the door n put me on daddy's lap. phew.. what a day..

this aftn was a cloudy day. so mummy allowed me n gorgor play in the garden at 4pm. suddenly, he stood upside down. n she went over n rolled him.

so i wanted it too!! i stood on my head, waitin for her. but she told me to stand by her rite side, n gorgor by her left. n both of us hv our turns of summersaulting! when she is wif me, gorgro tries to roll over by himself. but he can only manage to roll by the side.

it was fun to summersault on the grass patch.

i turn the whole house upside down yesternight. i cried the whole nite!

daddy carry me here n there oso no use. and oso bcos powder failure, no air con, i cannot slp properly. in the end, daddy drove me out for a spin. n i sleep peacefully.

once he brought me back to bed, the quietness only last for 15min or so b4 i started howling n wailing again. so in the end, mummy woke up very late for gorgor's sch. usu 7.30am mus wake up, she jump up at 8.20! & his sch starts at 8.30!!

den in the afternoon, she notice another tooth beside my lower front teeth, so i hv 2 GROWING At the SAME TIME

fun fair nite

mummy busy taking care of us, so she had no time to update our blogs.

life was fun!! FUN FAIR type of fun! CNY = chinese new year, in Malacca, there's 2 fun fair near grandma house. ah gong brought me n gorgor went to the nearest, but a smaller scale. its still fun enough! gorgor sat in the small railway train himself. i was scared every time whn mummy wanna put me in. nex, he will choose Thomas & friends ride. i m pointing as i recognise them. but still refuse to sit in. last is the blow-up castle - jump jump jump!

jus now, mummy & 2nd gugu followed ah gong and us to fun fair. they witness how familiar gorgor was wif the themed park. hehehe

mummy brought me into the castle too. at 1st, i'm scared, den mummy showed me i can crawled arnd, n falling down din hurt a bit. so after much encouragement and company from mummy, i'm playing happily in the castle too. den the uncle came as mummy is sittin near the entrance, "adult cannot go in" (but mummy saw another adult inside earlier.. >_>)

mummy saw how auntie monica rolled yolindrea meimei over when she stood upside down. & she is suprised! she always tot i stood upside down is bcos i m trying to stand up (tt time i m still not standing alone)

so now she learnt tt it is babie's instint to play summersault when we stood upside down.

since den, i had this fun game n exercise to play. she regreted gorgor din had this fun cos she din know bac den!

but she say she is old liao, bcos jus now, we played for 45min, n she started to pant n sweat aft 15min!! but i refuse to let her rest, i keep standin up and point my buttock up in the air n wait for her to count 1-2-3 n rolled me forward!!

explore different things

when i m in the car, i love to dig the dashboard, the side box, the coin box, etc. i do not like to play wif the wiper, nor the lights, not even steer the steering wheel. but i LOVE and always tempted to press the horn. but mummy say that is not the horn. den when i accidentally press it, i duno where it is!! so frustrating!!

when gorgor is my age, he loves to play wif the wiper, the lights and turn the steering wheel. he oso love to pull and press the car lock. and nvr set an eye or lay a finger on the dashboard nor the box when he has the chance to sit on daddy's seat. (until he's 2yr+ den he start to treasure hunt in the box) otherwise, if he is on mummy's seat, den he will request to open the dashboard n take out the mini softtoy to mingle.

as mummy had annouced so many times.. i had a bad temper.. this morning, i jus threw a color pencil, n it landed rite on her eyelid!! imagine that!! she is wearin specs!! n she is sitting an arm's length away from me!!

xiao shu is sitting on the sofa, he was angry n 1st time scold me. daddy oso scold me. mummy put me at a corner n say 'fa zhan'. i dun dare to move or make a sound. (for 3 sec) den i slowly move towards mummy when she stood up.. but she put me back.

so 1 word of advice from mummy.. TRY TRY TRY VERY HARD not to b angry majority of ur time durin pregnancy, it really affect the baby's temper!!!! chenchen is throwin things at me, scratching me (make me bleed few times on the face!! orady ugly, now uglier den ugly betty!!)

like 'chou chou' - smelly in chinese. i can pronouce it clearly. but i only say it for 1 day. the nex day, i nvr repeat aft mummy or anyone else.

i still love to say 'ah pa', 'o-kay', 'mum-mum'. nowadays, i did not even say 'gia-gia'! but i know where to take my shoes if i was told to. i can throw things in dustbin when told to. i can follow instructions!

gorgor was down wif fever yesterday. but tdy den can go c doc. mummy brought me along as i m coughing n phlegm is in my throat. she can c i cough it out, den chew it, n swallow it back :p

PD check gorgor's throat. she said its red. when she checked mine, mine was red too, jus my fever hvn come out. so both of us hv the same anti-biotics, n i hv cough syrup n phlegm disolver. gorgor has panadol.

i m still notti as ever, but gorgor was sick n sleepy whole day.

1st, i am climbing up a small foot stool. mummy was shouting at me, dun climb! n nex time i fall backwards. jus 1 more inch, n my head land on the mattress.. boo hoo~

den, i was playing wif some paper and crayon, and as usual, i will walk over it. (like alphabet soft mats, coins, gorgor's word puzzles, etc.) den i slipped on the paper! again, miss the mattress by an inch!!

last fall, is bcos i fight for the SAME foot stool wif gorgor. he squeeze in front of me when i m tryin to climb up, n i lost balance n fall back on my head, *again.

saturday, she n daddy went to IOI mall.. (went back to ampang house to do all the final packing & get the house ready for rental.) ALONE.

n in there, daddy's customer saw him pass by his stall. so called him to make sure its daddy. they r havin dinner, so daddy went to the guy's stall aft dinner. the guy is doin some health check n selling health supplements. so daddy 'ying chou ying chou' sit down n pay RM10 for the checkup.

wah it takes so long! mummy was standin at the merry-go-round n watchin all the kids enjoying. n misses us. the merry-go-round is playing a children's songs CD. n she heard this song/rhyme:

i jus woke up fr my nap.. went to mummy's bedroom n saw she's playing the computer. she pick me up n put me on the lap. so i start banging the keyboard n movin the mouse (like she does it).

when i saw smthg interested elsewhere, she put me back on the floor.

den gorgor woke up fr his nap too, n came into the room n wanna go onto her lap. i got jealous n went over too. i try to push him away. n he push me back.

i was smaller in size n strength, thus i fell down, hittin the corner of the table. wai por was there n immediately pick me up n saw me bleeding.

mummy shut down her pc so both of us din get to play. she clean my wound den use 1st aid lotion on the cut. there's a big bump on my forehead, its blue black as well.

when we reach great-grandma's house, every1 say nid to rub my bumb wif hot hard-boil egg, cos the bump is really big! so the maid went to cook 1 egg, bt bcos she brought straight fr the fridge n put in the hot water on the stove, the egg turned out 1/2 boiled. the egg yoke wasn't thuroughly cooked. when wai por put it on my forehead, the yoke broke n spill out. hehehe! shld b a yummy treat! but waipor jus throw away the yoke n rub the remaining egg white on my bump.

den she ask the maid to cook 1 more egg for me n gorgor to eat. yummy~

jus 2 dosage of antibiotics & 1 nite of good sleep. i feel beta!!

but since morning, i've been passin loose motion for 3 times!

when mummy came home at 2pm, i pass 1 more time. but she din c anything wrong wif me, no red dots or watery eyes. i m very cheerful and playful.

so she called PD to be sure, n PD told her that i m flushin out the virus. unless i went more den 6x in a day, otherwise i dun nid go back c her.

my throat hurts again!! yest i was still playing happily until mummy n daddy came home for lunch. aft the aftn nap, i start to develop fever. when mummy is home in the eve, i was very rigid, sleepin all the time. i even refuse to take my bedtime milk. & mummy measured me 3x. its all arnd 38.6 - 39 degree C.

so this morn, i was taken to Dr Lee at Mahkota Medical Centre. (aft sendin gorgor to sch) i was sleepin all the way. althou i wasn't as warm as last nite, but mummy still worry bcos i m so sleepy, dun wan to play. she read fr magazine, its ok for kids to hv fever (body dispersing the virus) & if the kid is restless yet low fever, its more serious den a kid who still can play wif high fever. (not over 40! if reach 40 means A&E immediately!)

she suspect its repeat case of sore throat. & she told Dr Lee. oso told her my cough din really stop, & it occur esp in midnite til dawn. Dr Lee check my throat, & sure enough it was red. Dr Lee commented, 'i've got a few kids like this, think the virus is back agn'. n my fever is 38 degree C.

so this time, i hv to finish my antibiotics (at least 7days, cos this time is a big bottle, nurse say it will take 10days to finish) & i oso hv to take medicine to disovle my phelgm. >_<

this thing happen to me rite aft my 1st birthday.

mummy read on the newspaper, it wasn't really a nitemare. it was due to too much excitment and thrills, or played too much b4 bedtime.

when it 1st started, it continue for abt 1week. every nite, exactly 1hr aft i fallen asleep, i will start crying hard. (1hr is wat the newspaper say. & it was so true) so mummy realise mus b my nite terror occuring. and she told ah ma not to let me play too much b4 bed time. mummy oso make sure i dun play too much or laff too much b4 bed time. this helps alot. i sleep much beta.

jus now, i cried again, aft i slept at 11+. i fallen asleep while drinkin my bedtime milk. and mummy walked by, saw i was orady asleep, so ask ah ma to stop feedin me. (i had 2 episode of throwin up milk if i drank in my sleep.) ah ma put me in bed, and make sure i m comfy, n walk out.

15mins ago, i cried very loudly. but since aircon is on, the door is closed, mummy canot hear me. daddy ran out of the toilet to call her. (den went back to continue his bath. hehe) mummy put pacifier (zhutzhut) in my mouth, hug me tightly, plant a kiss on my forehead. and i drift back to sleep.

at nite, gorgor brought his bedtime story book out. i saw and quickly walked over. so mummy gave me another children story book, paperback! my main aim is to read a paperback. :p

den gorgor call mummy over to the living room. i was too engross in my book. den 5min later, i realise nobody wif me! so i yell MAMA!!

this time, every1 heard me loud n clear. so mummy happy i know how to call her.

this morning, mummy pump up the swimming pool~ this time, i was eager to get in. (nt like prev, i cry n cry when some1 wanna carry me in)

but i can't play too long as i m still young. abt 20min, daddy call mummy to bring me to bath. den when i m hvin my lunch, she took gorgor to bath too. aft my lunch, i fallen asleep.

late afternoon, daddy brought us to Jusco Melaka. he said this USED TO BE the largest Jusco in Malaysia. wah~~ this is so big orady. can't imagine the biggest is how big! so many toys, so many lights, so many ppl!!

we walked for 1/2 hr, den time for dinner. mummy gave me fruit cereal in my bottle. hmmm! not my normal brown rice cereal milk. yummy~ and aft i finish my cereal, mummy gave me some of the rice she is having.

den, daddy receive a call fr great-grandma, she say great-grandpa keep poopoo whole day. nid to put diaper for him. ohh!! adult oso nid diaper.. hehe.. wonder if he can use mine. :p

so daddy n mummy rush arnd in the supermarket, buying veggie, lookin for diaper, etc. gorgor den wanna go shh shh. so daddy brought him to toilet. n mummy push 2 carts at the same time! (1 cart for us, 1 cart for groceries, bcos there's egg, so cannt put in same cart. otherwise, we can only hv omlette for nex wk. haha!)

finally go pay money. mummy push us out to wait for daddy to pay. den in her hurry, she push the cart too near to the counter, n my poor palm got crash! i was so angry, when she pick me up to sayang me, i beat her, n accidentally scratched her upper lips. she bleed!! uh oh~ she was very angry, n put me back in the cart. i dun dare to cry loudly orady. she scolded me. :(

daddy drove us to great-grandparent's house, and we (gorgor n me) had another great time walking arnd. i even learn to turn rounds, wave my hand as i walked. mummy say i m 'dancing'.

finally hv to go home. and we r still playing!! mummy was busyin changin us into our jammies. den i crawled out to the dry kitchen to play wif the cabinet. i lov to open n close the wooden door. suddenly gorgor came out n say NO NO. n he wan to close the door. but my palm is in between the doors!! another big crash!!

so tdy, both my palms got crashed. balance out.. & i learnt NOT to put my palm on the side of the door & trolley cart!

i m walkin steadily now. and hands r not as high up as before.

mummy will definitely find an appropriate time to video it down.

and funny thing is, i lov to walk at nite, day time, i prefer to crawl.. mummy say i love to show off my walkin skill, cos day time, only ah ma n gorgor around. hehehehe n i dun deny, i lov to 'perform' for family. mummy orady foresee our future: gorgor is the computer engineer, and i will b the actor. ^_^

so far, mummy found out i love to read nowadays. 3mths ago, i will throw the books away. but now, i reach for them.

and mummy found out i love the books that hv different textures. there's 1 wif animal furs. i fiddle the dog's fur, cat's wiskles, rabbit long white fur, ignore the shiny gold fish and short furred parrot.

n the softplay elmo book is oso 1 of my fave. the bert page has 1 layer that make noise when i rub on it. den the last page has a mirror, lov to see myself!! <3 *muaks myself too. this morning, i notice there's 2 color on a page. i tried to flip it open, but mummy say its only 1 page, cannot open anymore.

another small cardboard book which has alot of daily objects with names and pictures. i always flip to the food pages. hahahaha. but 1 wk ago, i started to point out the dog in the animal page.

whenever i wet my nappy, ah ma will remove it.. den i start to play wif my birdie!! sometimes she caught me smiling at myself. :p

when she wear a dry nappy for me, i cannot find my birdie!! i will pull the nappy again n again.. until i m attracted to something then i giv up on findin my birdie.

i've walked my 1st baby step!

1 small step to yue chen.. 1 big step to mummy & daddy!!

it 1st happen on Tue (9th) or Wed (10th). mummy felt i let go my grab from her shoulder. (i love to go behind her and shake up n down) we r on the bed, n she notice fr her eye's corner, i walk a small circle and back to her back. she clapped for me. ^_^

then the nex day, mummy watchin tv in the livin rm, n me playin beside her. suddenly i jus let go of my grab n walk 2 steps out. ah ma saw this too. n she is so happy!!

so news spread like wild fire. ah gong, daddy, uncles, aunties all tryin to let go of my hand n ask me to walk to them. well... depends on my mood, sometimes i walk, sometime i jus sit down n stare at them :p

on sat (13th) daddy took my hand n den let it go, i walk few steps towards him! mummy wanted to video it down, but gorgor gets in her way. hehehe, oso i m not in the mood to walk anymore. (daddy orady let me walk to n fro 2-3 times.)

took my vaccine

this mornin mummy n daddy brought me for my 2-days' late vaccine. MMR was supposed to take on my birthday, but because its a wednesday. so daddy say we go on saturday where he has finished his delivery of orders.

9.30am, we are out of the house. the usual PD was not in, think she has given birth. we went over to peep and saw the nurses moving boxes down to 2nd floor. a notice was pinned up saying they will be moved to 2nd floor permanantly.

there was alot of people! we've waited til 11.30am!! only when mummy saw a man went into the room and heard someone said, doctor is here. then she realise, the doctor wasn't in until 10am! (never visited this PD before, so don't know how this PD looks like, at first, mummy thought it was another female PD. then she saw the chinese name and realise its a male!) no wonder so many mummies, daddies, grannies and babies!!

when mummy went in with me alone, (daddy and gorgor waited outside) PD was very quick because there's still about 5 children outside and closing time is near. but mummy still took the chance to ask about pemoneu jab. he said "1 jab cost RM280. and since chenchen is over 12 months, he need 2 jabs. and hengheng need 1 jab." he also explain in USA, this jab is a compulsary vaccine, babies will be vaccined at 2, 4 ,6, 12 months accordingly. the jab lessens as the kid grows up, is because the risk of getting it gets lower. but mummy remember the girl in SG died of this is around 5 years old. so she told daddy after we came out, "next month hengheng will come and take it, then chenchen's turn."

when mummy was paying, the nurse brought out 2 bottles. she was wondering wat it was, suppose to have 1 panadol for me just in case i develops fever. the nurse explain when and how much to take, and she ask the nurse, this multivitamin is for what? and she replies, to give better appititte.

she goes 'HUH?' in her heart. i didn't like to finish my porridge and milk is due to lack of appittite? well, it should be, because i eat so many junk food (baby biscuits especially; when there's grandparents around, grandchildren alot of junk food to eat. )

i love to follow gorgor. i lov to snatch the toys / books / cars, tt he is playing with. i think its more fun den those given to me by mummy. e.g. mummy giv me this ELMO soft cloth book. i like it, it can make squashy sound, but not as fun as gorgor's crayon.

yest afternoon, mummy brought home 1 blue push-along bike. it is jus rite my height, but gorgor went to ride it first. i wanna push him away, but fail to do it. so i cry. mummy carry me up n take the sound maker fr the bike n giv me instead.

so there's 1 time, gorgor is playin wif his alphabet softmat. i went beside him n mess it up. he got angry n push me. i cry, ah ma carry me away. aft i stop crying, she put me back on the floor. i crawled back to gorgor n his soft mat. i start to beat gorgor 1st! den i mess up his alphabet soft mat :P~

my bday celebration

tdy is my lunar birthday. n i m ONE YEAR OLD!

since my actual day falls on a working day, ah ma n ah gong decide to celebrate tdy. y not mummy n daddy decide? bcos they wanna let my grandparents plan for me n make them happy, since they dote me so much. :p

1 uncle n 1 auntie who r workin in KL came back to celebrate wif me. n they plan for BBQ. ah gong oso called his brothers n sisters. all his 3 sisters came, 1 of them oso nvr stay for the BBQ bcos they nid to go church at dinner time. my great grandparents came too. n the youngest bro's wife n kids came too.

mummy bought a 1kg cake for me. cos gorgor's 2kg is too much! n oso, mine is nicer since its digital print. its Pooh Bear! this is ordered fr ah gong's frd's bakery. mummy told daddy she wanna bang head. cos this small bakery can do digital, where else the big bakery they ordered gorgor's cake dun do! or mayb they do, but mummy duno abt the term 'digital print' althou she knew got such design. otherwise, they won't hv to eat so much butter cream bcos the elmo is made of cream. LOL.

photos still wif uncle, gorgor took some photos usin his camera. ya! u read correctly, my gorgor very smart. so mummy giv him their old n not-so-sharp camera to play with. now waitin for mummy to upload the fotos. ^_^

mummy switch me to Huggies Pull Ups M-size few days ago. n the past 2 nites, it din hold in my pee pee. mornin i cried bcos of wet pants.

so mummy say, either buy a new pack for nite time, or she wakes up to change me in the middle of the nite... think she will wake up to change me, cos daddy say his wallet got big hole. (does it means all the $$ drop on the floor?? i wanna go find them!!! o_O)

1st of all, jus yest evening, i learnt to giv goodbye kiss. but my palm is facin out de. hehehe. bcos i always pat my palm on my mouth n goes BA BA BA

nex, i m tokin alot recently. on monday afternoon, there's a feast at great-grandparent's house. mummy came home to fetch ah ma n me. ah ma is busy packing wif 3rd gugu, n i m in my bed, jumpin up n down, yakkin.

so i m thrilled to c mummy, shouted for her n she told me "wait ok?" n i replied (mimic her) OOKKKKAAYYY

she is suprise i can replied, althou previously she heard me say OK, but it was jus a bb blabber. daddy say she think too much... but i m a smart boy mah!! daddy dun trust me :(

lastly, i learnt Hi-5 fr mummy. she taught me bcos i m very interested when gorgor did this wif her. n oso i can go look for things tt r asked.
